Wodonga TAFE's Certificate IV Community Services students are teaming up with local charity Tots2Teens Albury Wodonga to launch the Classy Kidz program in Wodonga, aimed at assisting vulnerable primary school students in the local area. A “wear your Pyjamas to work/school day” will be held on Tuesday 18 June to help raise funds and awareness of this important local program.

The students of the Certificate IV in Community Services at Wodonga TAFE are preparing to launch a powerful community initiative this November, as they host a series of events as part of the global "16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence" campaign. As part of their course studies, the students are organising and promoting local events that tackle the critical issues of family and gender-based violence
Empowering Women in Trades (EWIT), CVGT Employment, Wodonga TAFE, and Skills and Jobs Centre held an experience to encourage women to join the Trades Industry.
Community Services students are conducting research into the needs of neurodiverse learners in adult education settings.
Five Wodonga TAFE students undertook a training camp last month (16-18 May) in preparation for the WorldSkills Australia 2025 National Championships & Skills Show, which will be held in Brisbane between June 12-15.
