Trades Training Centre

Wodonga TAFE has undertaken extensive research and consultation regarding apprenticeships and traineeships. Opportunities to increase participation were identified, and a new space is being built to accommodate more trades, better facilities and modern equipment.

Youth Foyer

The Wodonga Education First Youth Foyer (Youth Foyer) proposal represents a partnership between seven (7) key organisations for the provision of accommodation, support services, community engagement and education opportunities for the region’s most vulnerable young people.

Bridging our campus

The bridge connecting the two sections of Wodonga TAFE's McKoy Street campus has been completely rebuilt and redesigned. This bridge connects our Agriculture/Horticulture department, student accommodation, library, La Trobe University and Kids on Campus, to the main section of campus. It's a beautiful and accessible walkway, inspired by our environment and mission to build success through learning.

Amenities Refurbishment

Wodonga TAFE is endeavouring to create a more accessible and inclusive environment for our staff, students and visitors. That's why we've embarked on refurbishing our toilet amenities to include extensive gender neutral and disabled facilities.

The Hangar

Wodonga TAFE identified an opportunity to activate increased use of its existing events and learning space known as ‘The Hangar’. This will be achieved by undertaking this project to upgrade and invest in identified technology and infrastructure that will improve the working and learning environment for both its students and staff alike and continue to build a greater connection with the broader community.

Shepparton Campus Renovations

Wodonga TAFE has extended its course offerings for both public and corporate clients at our Shepparton campus (also known as DECA locally!). We're now offering significantly more courses in civil construction, warehousing and logistics, and have therefore renovated our classrooms to increase capacity and welcoming and modern learning environments.

Food Unity

The hub is a partnership of local community organisations, led by FoodShare, which will deliver a suite of co-located services and integrated educational programs based around the sourcing, preparation and distribution of emergency food to North East Victorian Communities.
