What is TUTORspace? And where is it?

It is a student support drop-in centre, located in the LIRNspace, (upper level) Building A, at our McKoy Street campus.

When is TUTORspace open?

  • Mondays 11am-2pm

  • Tuesdays 1pm-3pm

  • Wednesdays 1pm-3pm

  • Thursdays 1pm-3pm

Who can use TUTORspace?

Any enrolled student from across any of our TAFE campuses is able to use TUTORspace.

Do I need to book an appointment to use TUTORspace?

No appointments are needed – you can just drop in to one of the TUTORspace sessions.

Not on Campus?

No worries! Access TUTORspace by phone or text to 0427 460 326 or email tutorspace@wodongatafe.edu.au 

What support or assistance is there at TUTORspace?

Assistance with essays and assignments, such as:

  • organising and structuring an essay or report

  • questions about assignments, assessments, and homework

  • developing reading skills or basic IT skills

  • preparing for exams.

Study tips and advice on:

  • summarising, time management, and citing and referencing. 

'Ask a Librarian'

In addition to the valuable TUTORspace service, 'Ask a Librarian' has commenced as of 6 March. 

'Ask a Librarian' will be available at TUTORspace to assist with research skills, referencing, basic IT including MS Office programs, Moodle navigation, and general library services and resources during the following times: 

  • Monday 2pm-4pm
  • Tuesday 11am-1pm
  • Wednesday 11am-1pm.
