Our Commercial Cookery apprentices put their skills to a fast-paced test with an on-campus restaurant service early last week. Food was prepared in the commercial kitchens on campus by the 3rd-year apprentices who are completing Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with all restaurant services provided by our students enrolled in Certificate III in Hospitality.

Ryan is currently working for Stuart Gordon Landscaping & Paving Specialists as a Foreman, having completed his apprenticeship in July 2019.
