Memories shared at recent reunion morning tea for Work Education program

With many stories and photos of past students and teachers shared, along with a delicious morning tea, the recent get-together of past and present staff in the Access Education program was a great success!

Formerly known as Work Education, the Access Education unit at Wodonga TAFE has been delivering courses to students since 1990 - and is still a vibrant program to this day.

An invitation went out to many past teachers to attend the initial morning tea to begin the planning for their 30 year-plus reunion, and many familiar faces visited our campus to share their memories of past teaching times. Teacher Vicky Drage also wrote and shared a wonderful poem about the growth of the teaching area and its courses, which captured many heartfelt moments of the journey! Planning is now underway for a more formal celebration to recognise this important milestone - further details to come.
