Impacts of COVID Pandemic & Self-Care Workshop

As we ease back into pre-covid “normal life” it is normal to feel a range of emotions, excited, overwhelmed and – most commonly a bit… awkward. It is important to remember you are not alone in your experience.

This 30 minute webinar will look at the impacts of COVID, will incorporate some space of quite reflection and creative therapy – so bring your coloured pencils! If that’s not your thing, and you prefer to write down some words, that is also welcome. We will then look into self-care and self-soothing, the difference between the two and how they are both integral in taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing, so you can be your best self and kick all your goals!
