R U OK day is a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask “Are you ok?” and to remember, not just today but every day of the year, to support those who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

Every day, people experience life’s ups and downs, things like grief, relationship breakdowns, financial difficulty or losing a job. Sadly, at these times many people feel they don’t have anyone to confide in.
You can play a role in supporting others and asking R U OK?

This year, in support of R U OK? Day, we’re reminding everyone within the Wodonga TAFE community that if somethings up with someone you know, there’s something going on in their life or you notice a change in what they’re doing or saying, it’s time to trust that gut instinct and ask them “Are you OK?”

Wodonga TAFE has services that can be utilised if yourself, or someone you know, may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

Contact our general counsellor on 1300 698 233 to book in a session or email info@wodongatafe.edu.au for confidential counselling.
