Protected industrial action
Wodonga TAFE has received notice that some Australian Education Union (AEU) Victorian Branch members may engage in protected industrial action commencing from 6am on 22 April 2024.
It is important to note that at present, this protected industrial action will not impact classes and training and assessment. However, the impacts of the protected industrial action could change in the future.
At this time, you may see campaign posters or signage, or other forms of protest around our campuses.
As soon as we receive any further information about further impacts, we will update this article.
Those directly affected by any further impacts will be contacted.
Wodonga TAFE is committed to working with stakeholders to put in place mitigating measures where practicable.
Wodonga TAFE recognises and respects the rights of our relevant staff to choose whether to participate in protected industrial action.
