How to enrol?
Families must complete a 'request for care form' to begin the enrolment process at Kids On Campus. Once we receive your form we will make contact with you about availability for your family. Families are encouraged to complete the form and return in person to the centre and have a tour of the centre. Alternatively request for care forms can be emailed to you. Kids On Campus charge a $100 booking deposit to secure your family's enrolment. The deposit is refunded to you if you cease care with the service with all outstanding accounts paid.
Each child is unique. In partnership with parents, caregivers, children and the wider community, we develop and implement high quality educational programs that care for your children's individual needs and interests. Imagine a world where your children and their needs are the centre of the universe, where they can express themselves through art, stories, music, dance, and performance, that forms the basis of their growth and learning; where they plant a vegetable garden and play in an environment away from the noise and pollution of traffic, and importantly, where they can have fun.
Kids on Campus has a well-resourced service with six classrooms for children. The names of our rooms are from the language of the local Indigenous tribe, the Wemba-Wemba Tribe. The rooms include: Amaroo nursery (for children aged 6 weeks to 1.5 years), Kalina (for children aged 1 year to 2.5 years), Merriwa (for children aged 2 years to 3 years), Rumbalara (for children aged 2.5 years to 4 years), Yakuwa (for children aged 3.5 years to 5 years), and Kindergarten (for children aged 4 year to 5 years attending school the following year).
Kids on Campus has a large, outdoor environment with abundant green grass and shady trees. Children spend a lot of time outside exploring the environment. There are opportunities for children to participate in role play, construction, active games, arts and crafts, and quiet activities.
