Course Overview
Overview
This course introduces learners to the essential foundations of design, building skills in creative thinking, technical practice, and visual communication. It is designed as a strong entry point for further study, supporting progression into a wide range of creative qualifications and career pathways.
Students explore diverse areas of design and visual arts, including photography and digital editing, graphic design, product and 3D design, screen printing, and broader visual arts practices. This multidisciplinary approach allows learners to experiment with different mediums and processes while building a versatile skill set.
By the end of the course, students will compile a professional folio that showcases their creative development, technical skills, and individual design style, preparing them for further education or entry-level roles within the design industry.
