Training can be delivered at either our Wodonga - McKoy Street site or our Shepparton - Wanganui Road site.

• Please note: When you study a Wodonga TAFE course delivered at a GOTAFE campus, you will be enrolled as a Wodonga TAFE student - with all training, assessment and administration provided by Wodonga TAFE, and full access to academic and student support services from both Wodonga TAFE and GOTAFE.

Duration

Public & traineeship: 12 months

Requirements

• Students must be 16 years of age for operating machinery units
• Students must be 17 years of age for conduct civil construction skid steer loader operations & conduct civil construction excavator operations.

Assessment

The assessments will enable students to demonstrate the underpinning knowledge, skills and attributes required to meet the course outcomes. A range of assessment strategies to meet different student's needs will be selected, including tests and projects of both a theoretical and practical nature.

• Environmentally sustainable work practices
• Conduct a range of civil construction operations

Certification

By successfully completing this course you will receive a nationally recognised AQF Qualification.
