Working Safely at Heights

Overview

Working at heights training is focused on fall prevention rather than fall arrest. It is designed to equip workers with the knowledge and skills to safely work in any height situation and comply with current legislation. All workers who conduct or supervise tasks whilst at height will find this course beneficial. Training and assessment are delivered by qualified trainers from industry backgrounds.

2024 Dates: 3 & 4 June, or 9 & 10 September (Day 1: CPCCWHS2001 Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry, Day 2: CPCCCM2012 Work safely at heights) Time: 8.30am-4.30pm

Requirements

A minimum of CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card) or CPCCWH2001 Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry is required prior to admission into this course. PLEASE NOTE: if participants have completed CPCCWHS2001 Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry, they may only need to attend the second day.

- Working safely at heights
- Conduct housekeeping activities
