Here are some of the amazing online communications tools available today!

Microsoft Teams

When we look at Microsoft Teams, we see that they have a great platform for the business and home alike. They have Video conferencing, ways to increase your productivity by working together in real time. Although the platform is mainly designated to business purposes it can still be used for file storage and workspace application integration. You can customise your own background or use the list of them in the app. Microsoft Teams was designed to work in with Microsoft 365 group of products. Google Meets

Google Meets is another social platform that can do video conferences as well as chats, slides and google slides. This makes it a great tool for business or even for pleasure. Skype

When you use Skype you are using and accessing the best of both worlds. Whether its video calling from your internet browser or your using instant chat, Skype has you covered. You can use both Skype customers and external users in this platform. The privacy of being able to change your background gives you that business look you desire, and you can also have all your chat/meeting clients displayed separately on the screen. Not only can you save, screenshot and share your screen you can also have the live subtitles and captions for those with a hearing impairment. Zoom

This is a platform that can host meetings, hold classes, conferencing, interviews and for many other purposes, Zoom helps to bring people together in an improving environment. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, a lot of education facilities and other organisations would hold their classes or meetings via Zoom.
