Women in Welding: Expressions of Interest Now Open for Introduction to Welding! [NA08IW]

Ever thought about learning to weld, but didn’t know where to start?
Whether it’s for a career change, a new creative outlet, or simply to build confidence with tools, Wodonga TAFE’s Introduction to Welding [NA08IW] course is your chance to take that first step!

We’re now calling for Expressions of Interest for an upcoming Women-only intake of this hands-on course, designed to provide a safe, supportive space for women of all skill levels to explore the world of welding.

A Spark of Inspiration

For Carolyn, a recent participant, the course lit a spark that had been waiting for years:

“I've always wanted to learn welding since I was a young girl, being inspired by watching Dad working in the shed, but I never knew where to start. This course gave me the confidence to tackle my own projects at home. I’m excited to now begin working on all my garden art ideas!”

No previous experience required – materials fee includes welding kit (welding helmet auto darkening, welding gloves, safety glasses, earmuffs and bag)
