What is a Skills and Job Centre?
The Wodonga Skills and Job Centre provide impartial and professional service and can be the first port of call for people looking to start training; workers needing to reskill or unemployed workers needing job seeking support or retraining. They are also available for employers and industry representatives who wish to gain information about government incentives to assist in growing their workforce, as well as broad workforce development and employment market information.
How can a Skills and Job Centre assist with business / industry?
• Collaborate and work with you to best inform about our service delivery
• Liaise and work with you to assist participants with local job market information
• Assist you to access suitable workers
• Assist you to access relevant training for your workers, including new employees
• Help you understand the skills in demand and employment trends
• Provide information about government initiatives and incentives to assist you to upskill or grow your workforce
• Information on employing apprentices and trainees
• Specific support for retrenched (or soon to be retrenched) workers
• Work with unsuccessful applicants

• TAFE Space, Lawrence Street, Wodonga: Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm
• Wodonga TAFE, McKoy Street, Wodonga: Each Wednesday 9am – 5pm
• Tallangatta Outreach: 1st Monday of each month
• Beechworth Outreach: 3rd Wednesday of each month
• Chiltern Outreach: 4th Thursday of each month
• Corryong Outreach: 1st Tuesday of each month
• Myrtleford Outreach: 2nd Tuesday of each month
