#### Overview
Teach your profession with this qualification! Completion of this course may enable you to start a career delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. It is also suitable preparation if you are engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET program.

28 sessions (12 months from commencement date to complete all assessment tasks)
#### Schedule
- April/May 2023 intake - dates/times to be advised - 1 day per week, 9am-4.30pm (28 sessions).
This course is offered as face-to-face classes. This is supported by self-directed online learning (via Moodle, our online student learning system) which also requires the completion of directed learning activities and assessments in your own time. You will also be expected to initiate your own individual study, research and learning. Learning resources, learning activities and assessment processes are accessible via Moodle and the recommended textbook. As significant critical learning occurs during class time, you are required to attend the scheduled classes.
#### Requirements
- You must be able to demonstrate vocational competency in your proposed teaching and assessing area. Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification. We will ensure that you have vocational competency by discussing and collecting certified copies of any relevant certificates you hold, and an up-to-date and verified resume.
- You will need to access a computer throughout the course and have the necessary skills to use Word, emails, and file management.

Achievement of this qualification by trainers is a requirement of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

By successfully completing this course you will receive a nationally recognised AQF qualification.

#### Fees
From 1 January 2019, Free TAFE for Priority Courses is a Victorian Government program that will pay your tuition fees to study in this selected course at Wodonga TAFE, if you’re eligible, subject to minimum numbers.

Concession $590.00 (Tuition $490.00, Materials $100.00)
Fee For Service $5,000.00 (Tuition $4,900.00, Materials $100.00)

Additional fee assistance may be available for eligible individuals, as part of State & Commonwealth government initiatives. Materials fees may apply.
The student tuition fees published are indicative only and can be subject to change given individual circumstances at the time of enrolment. Funding may be made available to eligible individuals by State and Commonwealth Governments. If funding is utilised, this may affect opportunities to access additional funding in the future. - Once you submit an application for this course you will receive a separate email from LLN Robot to complete a Learning, Reading, Writing, Oral and Numeracy assessment online. Please check your junk mail if this does not come to your inbox. All students are asked to complete an LLN assessment to determine any support requirements and to ensure the course and mode of delivery is suitable for the student.
- Please allow one hour to complete the LLN Robot assessment. You will need a computer with speakers or headphones as there is an audio section in the assessment.
- Your LLN Assessment will need to be completed one week after receiving it to progress your application to the next stage, or your application may be withdrawn due to inactivity.
- If you are unable to access the LLN Robot assessment link please contact our Customer Experience team **as soon possible**.
- Note: Completion of the LLN Robot assessment does not guarantee a place in the course at Wodonga TAFE. Numbers are limited and selected applicants will be contacted to attend an interview. If an applicant is not accepted into their preferred course they will be contacted and provided information on alternate pathways and/or courses.
