Students develop hands-on skills for safe and efficient work in a range of logistics environments, with training delivered through two specialised streams: Transport or Warehousing.
Transport Stream

Wodonga TAFE will also be delivering the Volvo Trucks Iron Women Program, a pilot initiative supporting women entering the transport industry.
Delivered in partnership with WomenCAN Australia, Transport Women Australia Limited, and Volvo Trucks Australia, participants complete the Course in Transport and Logistics Employment Pathway (22648VIC) while building transport and logistics skills, heavy vehicle licensing, and workplace readiness.
WomenCAN Australia also provides structured employer connections and transition support to help participants move confidently from training into employment.
Participation in the program is proudly sponsored by Volvo Trucks Australia, and selected participants may complete the course with no course fees* and receive membership with Transport Women Australia.

Requirements
Transport stream - you must be at least 19 years old & held your Provisional License for a minimum of 12 months.
Logistics stream - you must be at least 18 years old. You must have appropriate enclosed footwear. You must provide photo identification. You must be able to complete your High Risk Work licence assessment without an interpreter. Once you submit an application for this course you will receive a separate email from our LLN Robot to complete a Learning, Reading, Writing, Oral and Numeracy test online as part of our Pre-Training Review process. A Wodonga TAFE staff member will then be in contact with you.
