About this Course

Are you creative and technical-minded? You will work with designing all components in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, using AutoCAD, Revit and other programs. This qualification leads to your registration as a building designer, as required by the Victorian Building Authority. This course is typically completed as a dual-qualification with the Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting, extending the duration to 3 years total.
