Free TAFE Initiative Information Session - Beechworth

The Free TAFE initiative is back for 2020!
With the aim of breaking the financial barriers for students wanting to train in courses that lead to priority occupations, the Victorian Government is continuing their Free TAFE for Priority Courses Initiative in 2020.

So what actually is Free TAFE?
The Free TAFE for Priority Courses Initiative will pay for an eligible students tuition fees to study one of the priority courses at TAFE>
From January 1 2020, students who are eligible for Victorian Government – subsidised training will no pay course tuition fees for a range of:

• Priority non-apprenticeship courses, state-wide
• Victorian Government-subsidised apprenticeship pathway courses (sometimes called pre-apprenticeships)

Our Free TAFE outreach information sessions can be found at the following times and locations:
30 September, 4pm – 6pm – Myrtleford Neighbourhood House
8 October, 3-5.30pm – Corryong Neighbourhood House
9 October 4-6pm, Chiltern Neighbourhood House
15 October, 5-7pm – Tallangatta Neighbourhood House
22 October, 3-6pm – Beechworth, 26 Ford Street
