Mental Health Support Services over the Holiday Period

The Christmas holidays and New Year period can be particularly challenging for a lot of people. This time of the year can add a lot of stress onto what was already a stressful year, so we’ve put together a list of mental health support services available to you over this holiday period.

If Christmas is a hard time for you, it's important to remember that you are not alone.
Reach out to friends, family or any of the above helplines, it could be as simple as sending a text to a friend, making a phone call or inviting someone over for a cup of coffee to talk about what’s happening. 
If you are in immediate danger, call 000 for police and ambulance assistance.
