Upcoming Event - Early Childhood Industry Breakfast
Friday, 6 November 2026
Following the success of our first Early Childhood Industry Breakfast earlier this year, our ECEC teaching team invite educators, leaders and centre directors to join us for another morning of connection, collaboration, and sector updates.
This session will bring together Early Childhood professionals from across the region to discuss the introduction of the new Working With Children Check (WWCC) Child Safety requirements, including the implications for services, student placements, and workforce planning. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, explore practical implementation strategies, and discuss how Wodonga TAFE can continue to support services in meeting both regulatory requirements and student placement needs.
We will also provide an update on Wodonga TAFE's Early Childhood Leadership Program, designed to strengthen leadership capability, professional networks, and workforce development across the sector.
Join us for a relaxed and informative breakfast, connect with colleagues, and contribute to meaningful discussions that support quality outcomes for children, educators, students, and services throughout our region.
Those attending in person will enjoy a complimentary spread of light breakfast foods, tea and coffee. Those unable to attend in person can join the discussion virtually, a link to join the meeting will be sent prior to the event. We encourage you to share this with your professional network.
