Wodonga TAFE Library at Building A

Friday, 29 May 2026

We are thrilled to have the new Wodonga TAFE Library now located in the new Student Hub on the ground floor of Building A.

Why have we moved?

We have brought the library closer to where many of our users learn and work so that our print collections will be more easily accessed, we can engage more with our users, and we can improve the search experience for exploring all of our library resources, no matter the format. We have implemented a new library management system which allows our users to search and discover our print and our electronic collections through one seamless interface.   You will also be able to use single sign on for all library services.

What is in the library?

What would you need to start using the library?

Your student ID card is also your library card.  Just bring it with you if you want to borrow physical items.  Your Wodonga TAFE username and password are all you need to access electronic resources.

Will I still be able to access the David Mann Library @ La Trobe University?

Yes!  You will still be able to access the La Trobe University - David Mann Library on the Albury-Wodonga campus.  You will be able to access wi-fi with your own device through the eduroam network.  If you want to borrow from the La Trobe Library print collections you can apply for Community borrower membership.  You cannot access the La Trobe University Library e-resources due to licensing agreements.

What happens to my current loans from David Mann Library?

If you have borrowed TAFE items, these have been transferred to your new Wodonga TAFE Library membership and will need to be returned to the library in Building A when they are due.  If you have borrowed La Trobe items, these will remain on your La Trobe Library membership and will need to be returned to the David Mann Library when they are due.  If you want to continue borrowing from La Trobe Library after this point, you will need to apply to become a Community member.
