Students from a range of creative industries courses at Wodonga TAFE will display their talents at an annual exhibition of course work from within their chosen profession. Titled ‘FUSE’, this year’s showing promises to be ‘an exhibition that showcases the fusion of mind and matter through the eyes of the next collective of creatives’.

To be held on campus at The Valleys Restaurant at Wodonga TAFE, FUSE will open on Thursday 23 November 2017, with the Exhibition open for public viewing from 6.45pm, followed by the Fashion Parade at 7.30pm.

Static displays will be open from Monday 27 November through to Tuesday 5 December, and will feature student works from a variety of course areas, including Graphics, Photography, Visual Arts, Fashion, Sound, Cookery, Events, Hairdressing, Landscaping, Interior Design, and Building Design.

Creative Industries Team Leader, Ms Theresa Finnimore, said that FUSE was a celebration of student achievement and a culmination of many hours of hard work. “Working towards this public exhibition offers our creative students an opportunity to present their work professionally to industry and to the community. FUSE also brings the students from our creative courses together with our Event Management students, so they work as a team to create a single exhibition space to show their talent to a broad audience”, said Ms Finnimore.

Formerly known as ‘Kaleidoscope’ the exhibition has run for many years, and was previously held at The Cube in central Wodonga.
