Our program is designed to give you the confidence you need to help your team to become successful and achieve its project goals. Participants must successfully complete eight core units listed to obtain a national qualification and statement of attainment. This program is designed for people in the workplace who are in positions that either supervise or influence other employees. The program format has the scope to involve a mixture of workshops, online resources and workplace projects. This is an ideal course for new or existing supervisors and team leaders who are seeking to have their day-to-day skills developed and receive a nationally recognised qualification.

The assessments will enable students to demonstrate the underpinning knowledge, skills and attributes required to meet the course outcomes. A range of assessment strategies to meet different student’s needs will be selected, including reports, presentations, tests and practical demonstrations of your skills and knowledge learned.

This course is offered through weekly fast-track workshops with an online option.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification, however, it is preferred that candidates commencing this qualification must be able to use a computer and be familiar with accessing the Internet as well as meeting either of the following conditions:
- Completed current Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
- Have extensive vocational experience in project roles where they may have had some limited responsibility for the output of others, and without a formal project management qualification.
Students undertaking the employer based method of study must be employed in a supervisory position which complements the theoretical learning of the workshops.
