Build the skills and knowledge you need to work in a variety of roles, from a turf management assistant to manager. This course will develop your skills in machinery operation, turf renovation, turf establishment, plant and weed identification, soils and plant nutrition, pests and diseases, management, construction of turf surfaces and occupational health and safety.

The assessments will enable students to demonstrate the underpinning knowledge, skills and attributes required to meet the course outcomes. These assessments are undertaken in the workplace and on-campus, involving assessment of your practical work and the theory involved.
By successfully completing this course you will receive an AQF Qualification

3-5 days per month of on-campus learning. The remaining study is online and in the workplace.

Given the nature of Agriculture, Environment and Horticulture qualifications, the units you will undertake in your studies vary greatly depending upon your line of work and/or personal choice. This means prices for tuition fees can only be given as an approximation to begin with, and materials fees are omitted.
