For any ICT issues with either the Chromebook, LMS Log on, or internet outages pertaining to the Defence Wireless Internet (DWI – External), please report these to Kinetic IT who are available from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. General Guidance on the use of Chromebooks
1. The charger and or cables are completely plugged in and or into the wall.
2. There is power supply
1. Unplug all cables (from the Chromebook and wall).
2. Plug all cables back in (Chromebook and the wall)
3. Charge the device for approximately 30 minutes.

1. Complete a hard reset.
3. Use the diagnostic app to diagnose/troubleshoot.
1. Ensure the sound isn't muted.
2. Adjust the volume using the slider.
1. Change the sound input and output.
2. Unplug audio devices (headphones and or speakers).
