On-Country Rural Operations Program


Gain valuable work experience and learn how to care for Country at Ryan’s Lagoon, under the cultural guidance of Duduroa Elders Uncle Allan Murray and Uncle Phil Murray. 


This program can equip you with entry level skills and knowledge for job tasks in agriculture, conservation land management and other related rural industries.

This course is for First Nations students only, and is FREE for eligible individuals.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) fit-out, transport to and from Ryan’s Lagoon, and lunch when at Ryan’s Lagoon, is provided by Wodonga TAFE’s Koorie Education Unit.

This program is for First Nations students only and is FREE for eligible individuals.

The student tuition fees published are indicative only and can be subject to change given individual circumstances at the time of enrolment.

Funding may be available to eligible individuals by State and Commonwealth Governments. If funding is utilised, this may affect future opportunities to access additional funding in the future.
