Cofields are a family owned winery, aiming to make the best wine that they can, and to deliver distinctive, varietal-honest, quality wines and share their passion for wine with the region. Cofields have been sourcing fruit from our own vineyards in Rutherglen, as well as from grape growers in the following regions – King Valley, Alpine Valley, Beechworth, Glenrowan, Central Victoria, Pyrenees, Tumbarumba & Orange.

Delatite Wines
Specialising in cool climate wines, the Delatite winery is located on a picturesque rise, overlooking the vineyards, toward Mt Buller in north-east Victoria. It is a small family run winery, established in 1982 by Robert and Vivienne Ritchie. Their approach to wine making has been forged from the family’s history of working with the land in Victoria for over 170 years. Gapsted Wines, located near Myrtleford in Victoria's High Country, is an award-winning winery producing premium cool climate wines from the King and Alpine Valleys.

Morris Wines
Morris Wines is a small Australian wine producer located in Rutherglen in the north east of Victoria. For 5 generations, successive Morris family winemakers have lovingly crafted benchmark fortified and full bodied red wines using traditional techniques that have been handed down through the generations since 1859. Also available are sparkling and white wines. Morris Wines have won countless medals and prizes throughout the years for their fantastic wines and contribution to the industry.
Pizzini Wines
Pizzini Wines is a family-owned winery in the King Valley wine region of north east Victoria. Pizzini specialises in the production of Italian wine varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Arneis, Prosecco, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Their motto ‘family, friends, food and wine’ shines throughout their cooking classes and food and wine events held around Australia.
Posh Plonk
Posh Plonk winery is situated on the beautiful shores of Lake Hume Albury, the vineyard is set over 5 acres and has been established for 20 years.
Posh Plonk partnered with Cofield Wines to produce our wine, as we believe we can leave nothing up to chance, in addition to engaging the finest winemakers in North East Victoria we have sourced the finest oak barrels from the Bordeaux region in France to allow the wine to be the best it can possibly be, and the results speak for themselves.
Valhalla Wines
Valhalla Wines handcrafts wines using natural vineyard practices, traditional winemaking methods and careful cellaring in the strawbale winery. Premium Rhone Valley varietals including Viognier, Marsanne, Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre and Durif are a focus as they are well suited to the Rutherglen climate and soils.
Anton and Antoinette have established Valhalla with environmental sustainability as a core value of their business. They embrace natural farming methods in the vineyard, rainwater harvesting, a worm farm waste system, composting and use of recycled packaging. These sustainable practices and their attention to detail create wines of character, wines with soul.
Vinbar
Vinbar is a 1958 Sunliner Caravan that provides a full bar service for any occasion. “Vinnie” has been tastefully restored into a retro caravan bar by highly experienced tradesman and designers. The bar top is a stunning piece of waney edge River Red Gum and the window frames are from Red Cedar. Glassware is sourced from Arcoroc, a modern yet durable collection. From beer and wine, to cocktails and coffee, catering, and lawn games; Vinnie is equipped with everything needed to make your next function truly unforgettable.
