About the North East Food and Wine Festival

The 2022 North East Food and Wine Festival will be held at Junction Place, Wodonga, on Saturday 29 October from 3pm to 8pm. As always, the North East Food and Wine festival will span across the central locations of Junction Square, Church Street, and Richardson Park.

Attendees will enjoy food and beverage stalls, live entertainment, childrens activities and more! This is a free event for all ages.

The festival is run by Wodonga TAFE in collaboration with an experienced team of industry professionals.

Why do we do it?

We’re excited about driving tourism opportunities to Wodonga and the wider north east region!

Events such as as the North East Food and Wine Festival act as a vital economic driver to the region, and this Festival provides real-life, work experience for a number of Wodonga TAFE's students. It’s a grand stage for several study areas including hospitality, interior design, events management, photography, and sound production.

What's this all about?

The North East Food and Wine Festival is instrumental in developing a sustainable food tourism market for the North East. It’s a grand community effort that builds economic resilience for local business.
