Employers are welcome to access the Wodonga Skills Store, either for themselves or on behalf of their employees. This service provides employers with the opportunity to support their employees in gaining further qualifications that complement their existing experience. This helps employers to meet the growing shift of industry towards higher value-added production requiring higher levels of skills.

Employers will have the opportunity to consult with a trained expert to discuss specific training options for their employees, to assist improving workforce productivity, capability and morale and in developing and expanding their businesses.  To save workplace productivity, group consultations can be developed which will speed up the process and make it easier for all staff involved.

Because the applicants will not have to undergo training in areas where their skills have been recognised, employers will save time and money by avoiding unnecessary or repetitious course elements. The Skills Store process will also help individuals to channel their training commitments into the most effective pathway towards a rewarding position at work.

The Skills Stores offers a mobile service, allowing our consultant to bring the service to you!  This is a great opportunity for businesses and workplaces to take full advantage of the Skills Store's services for your employees.
