What is your mid year resolution?

That is the question that Wodonga TAFE is asking of everyone who set themselves goals for 2010 and haven’t yet implemented them.

There are several options available to you if you are looking to study for the first time or re-enter a training environment after an extended break.

  1. Consider a short course as a taster. Wodonga TAFE offers a range of short courses which will help you ease into a training environment again. There are a range of courses available that may appeal to your individual or professional development. View the latest Short Course Calendar.
  2. Investigate the courses that are available for mid-year entry. Visit www.wodongatafe.edu.au/midyear for an up-to-date list of programs that you can enter mid-year.
  3. Spend some time with a careers counselor. Maybe you are looking for a change or are at a stage in your career where you need some advice about where to move to next. Make an appointment for a free consultation where your skills, knowledge and abilities will be noted and confidential advice will be provided to assist you with your career plan. More information on career development.
  4. Receive recognition for all the skills and knowledge that you already possess.  If you are looking to re-train or upskill why not begin by having your existing skills and knowledge assessed. You may have already completed certain components of a qualification and can move onto a program that will challenge you and move your career into the next phase. More information on skills recognition.

Whatever you decide, don’t feel that you are alone! Wodonga TAFE helps people just like you who have many questions and don’t know where their career or future training needs lie. Our experienced team will help you see a way forward and help you achieve those mid-year resolutions.
