Are you looking to give yourself a head start in your study?
This course helps you prepare for successful study in adult education including computing, time management, English skills, mathematics, research skills, referencing and compiling bibliographies.
Entry requirements
Students should have literacy and numeracy skills to a Year 10 standard.
Course dates and duration
Date Mondays, 24 October-28 November 2011 (6 sessions) | Time 9.30am-12.30pm.
Venue
Building W, Wodonga TAFE.
Assessment
The level of competency you develop from your training will be assessed using the following methods:
- Tasks in class and homework assignments.
Your teachers will provide you with more information on specific requirements at the start of each unit and they will assist with any support you may need.

This course focuses on preparation for adult education.
Fees and charges
Fees vary depending on your individual circumstances and concession status.
This is a Foundation Skills course. If you meet the citizenship/residency requirements your maximum cost for 2011 is likely to be $113.
Concession cost is $55.
