About this course
This pilot operator course is required to be undertaken by those who wish to either apply for, or renew a pilot escort licence through Vic Roads.
What you learn
- Skills and knowledge required by pilot vehicle operators to control traffic in the vicinity of an oversized vehicle
- Use prescribed traffic control stop/slow bats
- Communicate effectively with persons whilst controlling traffic.
Entry requirements
What to bring
- Please bring original documentation for proof of identity. Photo ID is mandatory.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear. For outdoor component it is advisable to bring a hat and/or coat - applicable to weather conditions.
