Where this course may lead

This course is for people who work in the real estate industry and want to become licensed real estate agents in Victoria.

Your successful completion of this course satisfies the educational requirements for the issue of a real estate agent's licence in Victoria under the Estate Agents Act 1980.

Assessment

The level of competency you develop from your training will be assessed using the following methods:

• Assessment will be conducted via written assessments, and some internal exams.

Your teachers will provide you with more information on specific requirements at the start of each unit and they will assist with any support you may need.

If you successfully complete this course, you receive an AQF qualification and a statement of attainment listing all units.
