About this course

Learn barista basics! Under the guidance of the Coffee Specialist Team, you learn to extract and serve espresso coffee using a commercial machine. You learn how to store coffee correctly, clean, take care of and maintain machinery, prepare work areas, serve customers, select and grind coffee, and texture milk.

This course is held on the first Monday of each month. 

Date Monday 2 April, or 7 May, or 4 June, or 2 July, or 6 August, or 3 September, or 1 October, or 5 November, or 3 December 2012 (1 session)

Time 6pm-10pm.

Venue

This course is delivered on campus at Wodonga TAFE, 87 McKoy Street, Wodonga.
