This course may help you to gain a promotion or a position of responsibility in a managerial or leadership role, in either the public or private sectors.

What you learn

This course is appropriate for people who are currently in a managerial role or who aspire to such a role.

You learn about leadership across the organisation, strategic planning, managing organisational change, organisation development, diversity policy and human resources strategic planning.

Course mode Fast-track (a series of specialist workshops).

Entry requirements

  • It is recommended that you have completed Year 12, or that you have an equivalent qualification. Relevant work experience is also to your advantage.
  • You must also be able to use current word-processing software, search the internet, and have well-developed reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • You may be required to attend an interview before you enrol.
